Looking for the opportunity to be part of the craft that goes into each MinaLima art print?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our small team hand finishing our limited edition art prints, and working to ensure all our customers and wholesale clients receive their goods with utmost care.
Your role:
As a Production Assistant you will be working in a small, but very busy team, supporting the Production Manager to process and pack all orders in our light and bright printing facility and warehouse in Teddington. Each day is busy and varied, with work ranging from preparing our limited edition art prints, which involves hand trimming, writing certificates and packaging them into cellophane sleeves and backing boards. Delicate handling is a must! We all help each other out where we can so you’ll also be helping to support the rest of our small team with other administrative and basic warehouse tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent attention to detail – needs real focus to ensure our very high standards are maintained
- Ability to learn how to use a scalpel and ruler to trim prints
- Strong organisational skills to enable effective independent work
- Maturity to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
- Desire to be able to help wherever needed to gel into our small team.
- Enthusiasm for the Wizarding World is a bonus
Your responsibilities will include:
Help in preparation and production of art prints and associated elements including:
- Hand-trimming art prints
- Embossing art prints and certificates
- Preparation of backing boards
- Handwriting print certificates
Answer the phone when required and help with enquiries.

The Details:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Zero Hours contract with plenty of shifts to pick and choose from, with the potential to move to permanent
- Choose to work between 15 – 37.5 hours per week
- Working on site in Teddington
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Rate: £11.44p/h or £10.50p/h for under 21s + holiday pay
