We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Our average processing time is 3-5 days, however some of our made to order products (limited edition art prints & personalised bookplates) may take longer. Please see our FAQs  for more information. 

To request a change to your order, please fill in the form below. Please note if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

Your order dispatch email will include a link to track your order through the courier’s website. Most orders are sent using FedEx, in some cases we may use other couriers such as Royal Mail or DPD. Check out our Delivery Information for further information.

Unused and unopened items purchased online may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Kindly note that we will not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items.

Unused and unopened items purchased from one of our shops may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received your returned item(s) (provided they are still intact). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will help to resolve the issue. Please provide a description and photo evidence of the damaged product(s). For online orders we will require your order number. For instore purchases, we will require a photo of your receipt.

For products that are available for pre-order, please note that payment will be taken at the time of placing your pre-order. This reserves the item for you and all packages will be sent in order of purchase once the launch date has arrived. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
