Deliveries

It’s up to you to make sure the delivery information you give us is accurate – and to ensure there is someone at your delivery address when your parcel arrives.

Please note that, at the moment, we cannot send to PO boxes or military addresses.

As soon as you receive the item, or if you’re not there when the courier tries to deliver, you take responsibility for it, including risk. If the courier has to try and deliver the item again and there is a charge, you will need to pay it.

If you’re exporting or importing a piece, it’s up to you to comply with the laws of the countries you’re sending from and to – and to pay any expenses, including any export or import duties, fees, liabilities and tax/duty charges.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and try to arrange a resend. You will have to pay for the delivery charge.

If you choose to have a refund instead, we will process it for the item only, not for the delivery charge.

We reserve the right to deduct any charges (customs + delivery) we may incur for the return of a parcel when:

  • the courier has attempted to deliver multiple times with no success
  • we attempt to contact you to prevent the parcel being returned and receive no reply
  • the address you provided belongs to a business which is closed and/or inaccessible
  • the address and/or the contact details you provided are incorrect

Please be aware that on occasion a parcel can be delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this and cannot supply any details as to why or for how long your parcel may be delayed.

Please always inspect your order when it arrives. Any damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt to make a claim. We require your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.

Cancellations and returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible via our contact page.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and fully refund it.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it to us. Kindly contact us to arrange this. For online purchases, we allow 28 days to return an order after you have received your items, if they are undamaged. If you receive your order and it is damaged this must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt to make a claim. We require your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage. Kindly note that we will not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items.

If you are returning an order, we will refund it, excluding delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) (assuming they are intact).

We repay the refund with the same method you paid us by – for example, if you paid by card, the same card will be refunded.

We reserve the right to reject any order. Orders are an offer from the customer, not acceptance of an offer and no contract is formed until we accept the order.  We also reserve the right to cancel an accepted order without penalty in our discretion within 7 days of placing of the order. In that case we would give you a full refund.

Items purchased from one of our shops may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If we break any of these terms and conditions, we might pay you damages or compensation. But we’ll never pay you more than the price of your order, other than in cases of death or physical injury.

These terms and conditions create obligations for you. You’ll indemnify us against all claims, costs and expenses which we might incur and which arise, directly or indirectly, if you breach any of them.

General terms

Waiver. If we waive any of these terms and conditions, implicitly or explicitly, we can’t guarantee we’ll do the same in future.

Force Majeur. If an event or circumstance is out of our control – acts of God, accidents, war, fire, strikes, lockouts, terrorism, failure of any communications including phones and computers, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and more – we won’t be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations. We will, however, be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.

Invalidity and severance. Each clause and any part of these terms and conditions is independent of the others. That means if we find we can’t enforce any one part, or it’s not valid, it will be severed and won’t affect the enforceability or validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.

Warranties

If your order arrives to you faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos showing damage via your account or via our contact page. We will then arrange a return, refund or replacement, as needed.

Unless a product is faulty, we cannot offer refunds after it has been removed from its packaging. We are not responsible for changes made to products after they have been received the customer e.g. issues arising from framing or decorating.
