It's up to you to make sure the delivery information you give us is accurate - and to be there when your parcel arrives.
As soon as you receive the item, or if you're not there when the post person tries to deliver, you take responsibility for it, including risk. If the post person has to try and post the item again and there's a cost, you'll need to pay it.
If you're exporting or importing a piece, it's up to you to comply with the laws of the countries you're sending from and to - and to pay any expenses, including any export or import duties, fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs.
Please be aware that in occasional cases your parcel can be delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. They do eventually arrive though! We have no control over this and cannot supply any details as to why or for how long your parcel may be delayed.
We allow 30 days to cancel an order after you have received your items, if they are undamaged. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know by email at email@example.com with your order number (beginning with #EN, #ES, #DE or #FR) in the subject line.
We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) (assuming they are intact).
We repay the refund with the same method you paid us - for example, if you paid by card, we'll refund your card.
We reserve the right to reject any order. Orders are an offer from the customer, not acceptance of an offer and no contract is formed until we accept the order. We also reserve the right to cancel an accepted order without penalty in our discretion within 7 days of placing of the order. In that case we would give you a full refund.
If you're injured or you pass away because of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents, we're liable. But we won't be liable for any economic loss or loss in profit (indirect, incidental or consequential) that comes from our negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation and so on.
If we break any of these terms and conditions, we might pay you damages or compensation. But we'll never pay you more than the price of your order, other than in cases of death or physical injury.
These terms and conditions create obligations for you. You'll indemnify us against all claims, costs and expenses which we might incur and which arise, directly or indirectly, if you breach any of them.
Waiver. If we waive any of these terms and conditions, implicitly or explicitly, we can't guarantee we'll do the same in future.
Force Majeur. If an event or circumstance is out of our control - acts of God, accidents, war, fire, strikes, lockouts, terrorism, failure of any communications including phones and computers, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and more - we won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations. We will, however, be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.
Invalidity and severance. Each clause and any part of these terms and conditions is independent of the others. That means if we find we can't enforce any one part, or it's not valid, it will be severed and won't affect the enforceability or validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.
