MinaLima | The Art Printorium | Production Assistants  – x 1 – 6 Months Fixed Term Contract and x2 Zero-Hours contracts

Welcome to MinaLima! Founded in 2009 by Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, the graphic designers who imagined and created the graphic universe of the Harry Potter™ film series for Warner Bros. Their partnership has flourished through all the subsequent films with their prop designs inspiring a range of their own merchandise products and art prints. This has enabled our Retail arm “The Art Printorium” to continue to expand and we are now a very successful small business with robust international growth plans.

We’re looking for Production Assistants to join our small team in Teddington. We have a Fixed Term Contract available as well as Zero-Hours. You’ll be helping the Production Manager pack and process all customer orders, including hand-finishing limited-edition art prints. Your day will be busy and varied, covering packing, stock checks, preparing prints, and pitching in with basic admin and warehouse tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Print Prep: You’ll be hand-finishing premium limited-edition art prints—that means hand trimming the prints with scalpel and ruler, hand writing and embossing certificates, getting backing boards ready.
  • Order Powerhouse: Pick, pack, and send out all the online orders.
  • Retail Supply: Get prints prepared and ready for the weekly delivery to the shop.
  • Phone calls: Occasionally answer the phone and help with enquiries.

Essential Skills:

  • Super Focused: You’ve got amazing attention to detail—we keep our standards sky-high!
  • Preferred knowledge of burnisher, scalpel and embosser, though not essential.
  • Organised: You can work effectively on your own.
  • Curious: Not afraid to ask questions and get clarity when you need it.

Bonus Skills (nice to have but not required)

  • Some packing or warehouse experience
  • Use of hand tools
  • A love of the Wizarding World!

The Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate 
  • Fixed Term Contract contract for 6-Months &  Zero-Hours
  • Choose to work between 15 – 37.5 hours per week, this can be discussed at the screening / interview stage
  • Working on site in Teddington, Greater London
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
