Looking for the opportunity to be part of the craft that goes into each MinaLima print?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our small team hand finishing our limited edition art prints, and working to ensure all our customers and wholesale clients receive their goods with utmost care.
Your role:
As a Production Assistant you will be working in a small team supporting the Production Manager to pack and process all orders in our light and bright printing facility and warehouse in Teddington. Each day is busy and varied, with work ranging from packing merchandise orders, checking stock levels, preparing Limited Edition art prints and use of computer systems for sales processing. We all help each other out where we can so you’ll also be helping to support the rest of our small team with other administrative and basic warehouse tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent attention to detail – needs real focus to ensure our very high standards are maintained
- Ability to learn and understand different computer systems to print and process orders
- Strong organisational skills to enable effective independent work
- Maturity to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
- Desire to be able to help wherever needed to gel into our small team.
- Prior packing or warehouse experience preferable, but not essential
- Enthusiasm for the wizarding world is a bonus
Your responsibilities will include:
- Help in preparation and production of art prints and associated elements including embossing certificates, preparation of backing boards and writing print certificates.
- Print, pick, pack and dispatch online orders from our website, using Woo Commerce and our stock management system.
- Use online postal systems to produce postage labels and update tracking information.
- Liaise with Royal Mail, FedEx and other carriers where needed.
- Prepare and pack merchandise for weekly delivery to the House of MinaLima gallery and shop in Soho.
- Prepare, pack, measure and weigh wholesale orders, ready for dispatch by courier service.
- Answer the phone when required and help with enquiries.

Welcome to Minalima! Founded in 2009 by Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, the graphic designers who imagined and created the graphic universe of the Harry Potter™ film series for Warner Bros. Their partnership has flourished through all the subsequent films with their prop designs inspiring a range of merchandise products and art prints. This has enabled our retail arm “The Art Printorium” to continue to expand and we are now a very successful small business with robust international growth plans to scale our business X10 in the next 5 years.

- 5 days / 37.5 hours per week
- Working on site in our print facility in Teddington
