Unused and unopened items purchased online may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Kindly note that we will not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items.
Unused and unopened items purchased from one of our shops may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received your returned item(s) (provided they are still intact). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will help to resolve the issue. Please provide a description and photo evidence of the damaged product(s). For online orders we will require your order number. For instore purchases, we will require a photo of your receipt.
