Your order dispatch email will include a link to track your order through the couriers website. Most orders are sent using FedEx, in some cases we may use other couriers such as Royal Mail or DPD. Check out our Delivery page for further information.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we have a 30 day returns policy. We will refund your within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), assuming they are intact and undamaged. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method - for example, if you paid by card we will refund to the same payment card.
We will not cover the return postage.
If your order has arrived damaged. please attach photographs of the damaged product(s) along with order number in the form below.
