Behind the design
This prop features in the deadly chase which occurs when members of the Order of the Phoenix try to extract Harry from Privet Drive without alerting Voldemort's Death Eaters at the start of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part I'. Inspired by Arthur Weasley's love of muggle paraphernalia, the broom's design incorporates a bicycle seat and pedals, as well as a fetching tartan pannier.
