Add a twinkle of festive magic to your home with our seasonal hanging decoration of the student ticket that granted guests entry to the Yule Ball. Faithfully recreated, this design reimagines the authentic graphic prop created by MinaLima for the film ‘ Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’.
Behind the design
A magical evening of dancing and festivities, the Yule Ball was held on Christmas Day in Harry’s fourth year at Hogwarts as part of the Triwizard Tournament, during which the Great Hall was transformed into a magnificent winter wonderland. Our design features the snowflake-shaped ticket, recreated in metal with stamped design and decorative gems mirrored on both sides. Originally crafted in silver paper for the film, MinaLima designed the student ticket with intricate cut-out details in the style of a snowflake to reflect the icy transformation of Hogwarts School for the festive occasion.
