Digital Gift Card

When refunding orders placed using a gift card, the refund amount will be processed in the form of a new gift card. For orders placed using a gift card and another payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal), we can refund the other payment method only up to the amount paid using this method.

Digital gift card purchases can be cancelled and refunded to the purchaser if no purchase has been made using the gift card.

MinaLima cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the gift card code has become known to another party and cannot replace or reimburse the gift card balance in cases where it has been used without consent of the intended recipient. It is up to the holder of the digital gift card to prevent it from being used by other parties.

Digital gift cards are sent by email to the specified recipient. The purchaser of the gift card will receive an email confirming the gift card purchase.

The unique code can be used online at minalima.com or in-store at House of MinaLima, London. Gift cards can be redeemed across multiple orders.

Digital gift cards are valid for 20 years from the date of purchase.
