Delivery & Returns

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • All orders are dispatched from the UK.
  • We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can. Our average processing time is 3-5 days, however some of our made to order products (limited edition art prints & personalised bookplates) may take longer. Please see our FAQs for more information.
  • If you need your items quicker, let us know on the checkout page and we’ll see what we can do. If you have already made your order you can quickly contact us through My Account or our Contact Form.
  • Orders are packed to ensure they do not get damaged on their way to you. Art prints may come flat or rolled depending on the other items in your order. For more information see Caring for your Art Print.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Our delivery partners often work with other localised couriers to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your order dispatch email will include a link to track your order through the relevant courier website.
  • If you are not able to accept delivery of your shipment, couriers may leave you a delivery attempt notice. With your delivery attempt notice you can request a new delivery directly from the courier.
  • Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. See ‘Customs & Taxes’ below for more information.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges are based on your location and your available options will be shown at checkout when you proceed with your order. You can also check the charges and delivery timescales below by choosing your destination country. All estimated delivery times apply once we have dispatched your order.

As our premium finish art prints are hand-crafted and made-to-order, the last day we can guarantee delivery in time for the festive season is earlier than our other products. Any orders for limited edition standard finish art prints or open edition art prints can be placed up until the last order dates for your location as below.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Customers outside the UK may be charged customs duties when their items are delivered. This includes customers from the EU. As a general rule, local customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer in the customer’s country on all shipments.

Customs policies and charges vary from country to country. We have no control over these customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. Your local post office or customs office can provide further details if required.

Depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be charged local tax/VAT and import duties. Please click here for the VAT rates for all European countries.

If you refuse payment of these taxes, the parcel will either be destroyed by Customs or returned to us, and we will incur extra costs. We will therefore reserve the right to deduct whatever costs we may incur from your refund.

PRE-ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

For products that are available for pre-order, please note that payment will be taken at the time of placing your pre-order. This reserves the item for you and all packages will be sent in order of purchase once the launch date has arrived. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

To cancel an order, please use our contact form. We will do our utmost to fulfil your request, however if your order is already being processed or has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel. Return options are available once you have received your order.

RETURNS

Whatever you’ve purchased from House of MinaLima we want to make sure you love your items. See below for return details:

PERSONALISED RETURNS

We produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. Please contact us if you have any questions.

ALL OTHER RETURNS

Online orders
Unused and unopened items purchased online may be returned within 28 days of receipt. Online orders must be returned online and cannot be returned in store. Kindly note that we do not cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items. Refunds, excluding delivery charge, will be processed within 14 days after receiving your returned item(s) (provided they are in new condition). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shop purchases
Unused and unopened items from one of our shops may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Please note you must return your item to the original place of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received your returned item(s) (provided they are in new condition). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for help to resolve the issue. Please provide a description and photo evidence of the damaged product(s). For online orders we will require your order number. For instore purchases, we will require a photo of your receipt.
