Behind the design
Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima have designed a huge range of books for the Wizarding World, ageing them, adding text on the interior pages, and sometimes even handwritten notes to make them feel more realistic. Written by notorious journalist Rita Skeeter, 'The Life & Lies of Albus Dumbledore' contained controversial but put partially true revelations about the Dumbledore family. Seen in the film 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part I', Hermione takes Bathilda Bagshot's copy from her home in Godric's Hollow and is able to piece together information about Dumbledore's relationship with Gellert Grindelwald.
