Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Acceptance Letter

Delivered to Harry Potter by Rubeus Hagrid on his eleventh birthday after scores of owl-delivered letters failed to reach him while living with the Dursleys, this momentous letter was the boy wizard's first contact with the wizarding world. Our design features the two pages of the letter that contain a note of acceptance to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a list of required textbooks and materials for first years, and the envelope addressed to Harry at 'The Cupboard under the Stairs'. Handwritten by Miraphora Mina in emerald green ink, she tried to embody the character of Professor Minerva McGonagall when creating this iconic graphic prop.
