Digital Gift Card

This is not a physical card - the recipient will receive a code to their email which can be redeemed online only at minalima.com, minalima.com/es, minalima.com/fr, and minalima.com/de. The gift card cannot be redeemed at minalima.jp or in-store.


Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Gift card codes are linked to the balance paid by the purchaser, which can be redeemed across multiple orders.


Orders placed using a gift card only can only be refunded in the form of a new gift card. For orders placed using a gift card and another payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal), we can refund the other payment method only up to the amount that was paid using this method.


Purchases of a digital gift card can be cancelled and refunded to the purchaser if no purchase has been made using the gift card.


MinaLima cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the gift card code has become known to another party, and cannot replace or reimburse the gift card balance in cases where it has been used without consent of the intended recipient - it is up to the holder of the digital gift card to prevent it from being used by other parties.


Digital gift cards are sent by email to the recipient only. The purchaser of the gift card will receive an email confirming the gift card purchase.
