Originally designed as a prop for 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', Luna Lovegood reads this magazine on the Hogwarts Express. It is first appearance of The Quibbler in the film series, its wild graphic style offering an alternative to the oppressive Ministry controlled Daily Prophet.
