From Dolores Umbridge’s reading list, originally designed for 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix'. Inspired by mid-century school text books, ‘Dark Arts Defence – Basic for Beginners’ was deliberately used by Professor Umbridge to teach a basic level of defence, below the expected standards of the Hogwarts students.
